Charlie Bernet

Prior to forming TexStone Capital, Charlie worked at Lincoln Property Company, focusing solely on Lincoln’s Single-Tenant Net Lease Fund. Before Lincoln, he worked at Spirit Realty Capital, where he managed over 800 properties, with a cumulative value of $2 billion. Charlie began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle. Charlie has over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive transactional and portfolio management experience.
Charlie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Charlie and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Dallas with their three children, Bodie, Rudy & Olive.
Turner Davis

Prior to forming TexStone Capital, Turner served as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Lincoln Property Company, where he focused on the sourcing, capitalization, and execution of retail and mixed-use projects across the country. During his 9-year tenure at Lincoln, Turner played a key role in the development, acquisition, and asset management of retail projects totaling more than $2.5 billion in value. Prior to Lincoln, Turner worked in investment sales at C-III Capital Partners, where he focused on the disposition of assets in special servicing.
Turner graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Turner and his wife, Kimberly, live in Dallas with their son, Andrew.
Lee Koons, CCIM

Prior to forming TexStone & KoonsCo., Lee spent the majority of his real estate career at Lincoln Property Company. At Lincoln, Lee helped deliver over 1.5M square feet of mixed-use and retail product and created the national retail occupier services platform. TexStone and KoonsCo are the continuation of those foundational service lines and relationships with the added flexibility to pursue premier projects and partnerships prioritized by core value alignment.
Lee earned a B.A. from Ole Miss, an M.S. from TX A&M Commerce and has held the CCIM designation since 2016. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Shelby, and their two sons, Jackson and James, where they attend Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
